HOST A BENEFIT DINNER DURING SUNDAY SUMMER CONCERTS
Bowdoinham non-profits are invited to apply for a spot in this summer’s Sunday Concert Series benefit dinner lottery. Eligible organizations with a presence or representative in town may apply by March 23rd. The release of the lottery results is planned for April 1st.
Reminders & Updates for 2026:
- Groups rained out last season will receive first-choice scheduling.
- No make‑up concerts will be offered for rainouts.
- Be prepared to serve 50-100 meals
- Organizations may find and schedule their own food trucks but must work with the Town in advance to provide all required State and Local licenses.
- If the required licensure is not submitted before the event, the food truck will not be permitted to operate.
- The Town must be notified by June 1st if a food truck has been scheduled, and your organization must provide the Town with the food truck's insurance and a copy of their food license. No acceptations.
- After the schedule is finalized, staff will send out a group email so organizations can coordinate their food offerings if they choose.
- Decisions to cancel a show due to inclement weather will be made by Town Staff and communicated to you via email by 4pm on the Friday before the Sunday show.
