Property Tax Update
Property tax bills are expected to be mailed out the week of September 29th. The mil rate for FY2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) is 22.11, which is a 5.29% increase from last year.

The Town's TIF assessment for FY2026 is $713,807.62. This is based on the property assessment of the properties located within the TIF districts. The value of the CMP TIF District is $26,905,479, therefore the CMP TIF budget is $594,880.14. The value of the Pipeline TIF District is $5,378,900, therefore the Pipeline TIF budget is $118,927.48.
